All our jewelry are made from the highest quality stainless steel, then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).
This new way of plating is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making our jewelry 100% waterproof!
Yes! We use genuine semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls that are carefully selected and highly valued for their beautiful rainbow luster.
The PVD coating on our Orezza Jewelry guarantees that it is completely waterproof.
You can wear your jewelry in the shower, to the gym and at the beach!
All pieces are nickel-free and suitable for everyone with allergies or sensitive skin.
Absolutely not. All items are nickel-free and safe to use for people with skin allergies.
Jewelry is shipped in its individual pouch inside of a nice cardboard box.
SHIPPING
We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

We work to get you your package as quickly as we can - we want you to start enjoying your new purchase!
Our goal is to process your order in 1-2 business days and then to get it to the carrier for transit.

You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within just a few business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
We will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped out. You will be able to track it directly on our tracking page.
You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped. The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed. We usually ship all orders within 2 business days.
PAYMENT
We accept card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.
When selecting PayPal as payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log in' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to orezzajewelry.com

If you are experiencing problems in the checkout, please try following actions:

This usually solves these of problems. If you still are experiencing problems, please contact our customer support team at info@orezzajewelry.com.
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. If you need to make any changes to your order, or to change the shipping address, please reach out within 12 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to make the change.
